Q: Do I need to book an appointment to try on wedding dresses?

A: Yes, Nuziale offers exclusive bridal appointments so each of our Bride’s experience our attention fully when selecting from our designer collections.

Q: How many guests should I bring with me?

A: We welcome up to 3 guests and have suitable seating, so all your entourage are comfortable throughout your appointment.

Q: What time can I arrive to my bridal appointment?

A: We please ask that you don’t arrive prior to your arranged appointment time.  Our appointments are exclusive to each Bride, so we want to ensure everyone gets their planned time with us.  If you do arrive early, and we have the boutique free & available, we will invite you in from the car parking area directly outside the boutique.

Q: Do you stock every dress from each Designer?
A: We have selected our stock of gowns from a range of each of our Designers, we do not stock everything from their websites.  If you are interested in a wedding dress from our Designers website which we don’t stock, please get in touch to discuss us ordering a sample in for you to try on at an appointment. This may incur a small charge to order in but will be advised and approved with you on enquiry.
Q: Are bridal alterations provided in house?
A: No, we provide recommendations for a few approved seamstresses to help with deciding who best to provide your alterations.  Quotes are provided by your chosen seamstress based on the alterations needed and payment is direct to them also.  You do of course, have the choice to go with your own seamstress if you choose.
Q: Is parking available at Nuziale?

A: Yes, we have dedicated, free parking outside our boutique for up to 2 cars with neighbouring spaces available throughout the parking area around our premises.

Q: What facilities are available at the Boutique?

A: Toilet facilities are available at the boutique.

Q: Do I need to bring anything with me to my appointment?

A: Comfortable, flesh coloured underwear (seamless if possible) is advisable, and a strapless bra is always good but not essential. You are welcome to bring your own shoes and is recommended.  Accessories can be brought with you, but we also have lots of styles available to try in store. 

We ask politely that a light covering of make up is worn and if freshly applied tanning solutions can be avoided, please, to protect our wedding dresses.

Q: How long does a wedding dress appointment usually last?

A:  Appointments at Nuziale are planned for 90 minutes.

Q: What size dresses do you stock?

A: Our sample dresses are stocked between sizes 10-16 but can be ordered in a range of sizes.  Once your perfect dress is chosen, we will take note of your specific measurements, to supply to your chosen designer on ordering.

Our dresses can fit a range of body sizes, although may not fit perfectly, we will adapt and pin to mould your body, to enable you to get the best view of how your dress will look on the day of your wedding.

Q: How far in advance should I order my wedding dress?

Most wedding dresses take approximately 6-9 months to order. We would recommend beginning your shopping a few months before this to ensure your dress arrives in time for fittings. We recommend allowing 4 months for your fitting once your dress is received.

If you’re working towards a date which is much closer than this, don’t panic as some dresses can be ordered on a rush delivery.

Q: How do I secure the order of my dress once chosen?

A: Once you have found ‘The One’, to secure your order with Nuziale we ask for an initial 50% non-refundable deposit of the value of your gown.  The balance is then due 2 weeks prior to the delivery of your dress from the designer to the boutique.  We will contact you with an expected date once known and arrange the balance and an appointment to fit & collect your dress.

Q: Are there any access restrictions to the Boutique?

A: Our premises have full disabled access.  We are a small boutique on one level with a minimal ramp to the front door.

Q: What to do if I must cancel my appointment?

A: If you decide to cancel your arranged appointment with Nuziale, we ask that you either telephone, or email us as soon as possible.  This enables us to make the appointment available to someone else and confirm your cancellation.
